You have paid but haven’t received the template?

This may happen. If for some reasons you have paid for a template but haven’t received the download link, contact our Support Service and provide the following data in your message:
  • Approximate time when yoiu bought the template
  • The payment method you’ve chosen
  • The chosen template (name or link)
  • Your username (if you logged in to the website as a user)
  • Your e-mail address
The administration will check the data as quick as possible and if the data is confirmed - will send the template to the provided e-mail address.
